This role supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, assisting chairside, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Support and educate patients throughout their visit Perform chairside assisting and dental charting Take and record patient health histories Prepare dental materials and equipment for scheduled treatments Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and operatories Manage clinical supplies and inventory Confirm appointments and assist with patient flow Escalate concerns to the Office Manager as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply) Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control Strong communication and patient service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
