In this vital role, you will support the dental practitioners by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and ensuring that patients feel cared for and at ease. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up supplies, and ensuring all equipment is ready for procedures Assist dentists during examinations and treatments by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing patient comfort Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring safety protocols are followed Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and answer questions to promote oral health awareness Maintain accurate patient records, update charts, and document procedures thoroughly Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of all dental tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to enhance practice efficiency Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Dental Assistant preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control standards Strong communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dental software systems is a plus but not required A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role Join us in making a difference—help us deliver outstanding dental care while advancing your career in a supportive, energetic environment!
