You will work closely with the dentist and clinical team on advanced restorative and esthetic cases while taking ownership of daily assisting operations, digital technologies, laboratory coordination, and dental appliance fabrication. This position is well suited for an EFDA who values quality over quantity, takes pride in precision, enjoys complex cases, and is looking for a long-term professional opportunity in a sophisticated clinical environment . Responsibilities Manage the dental assisting clinical operations on a daily basis, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to clinical protocols. Perform advanced chair side assisting and delegated clinical duties. Fabricate high-quality provisional restorations with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. Capture accurate radiographic images, dental photography, and CBCT scans in accordance with clinical and imaging protocols. Oversee and operate digital dental technologies, including intra oral scanners, 3D printers, and CBCT equipment. Maintain accurate and complete patient records using dental practice management and clinical software. Serve as Lab Supervisor, overseeing incoming and outgoing laboratory cases and ensuring accurate case tracking and timely communication. Fabricate retainers, occlusal guards, bleaching trays, custom trays, and other applicable dental appliances.
