Job Description

Our patient-centered aesthetic dental practice is seeking a skilled, dependable EFDA who enjoys the artistry of dentistry and takes pride in providing precise, thoughtful patient care. Dr. Hema Nair values collaboration, clear communication, and mutual respect. We're looking for someone who shares those values and wants to contribute to a welcoming practice where clinical excellence and a positive patient experience go hand in hand. About the Role You'll work closely with Dr. Nair to deliver quality restorative and aesthetic care while helping keep the clinical day organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performing expanded functions within Pennsylvania's permitted scope of practice, under the dentist's direct supervision.
  • Placing, contouring, and finishing composite restorations with careful attention to quality and detail.
  • Assisting with restorative and aesthetic procedures, including temporary crowns.
  • Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
  • Following established instrument cleaning, sterilization, and infection-control protocols consistently.
  • Keeping clinical supplies organized and anticipating treatment needs.
  • Arriving on time and prepared to participate in the daily team huddle.
  • Communicating with patients and teammates professionally, respectfully, and with discretion. What We're Looking For
  • A current Pennsylvania EFDA credential.
  • Strong restorative skills and pride in precise, consistent clinical work.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through.
  • A caring approach that helps patients feel comfortable and confident.
  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to apply it to improve care.
