We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team! This role will serve as the primary resource for the dental assistant team while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist the doctor with patient care and procedures Support, mentor, and encourage clinical team members Manage inventory and supply ordering Ensure operatories are organized and stocked Serve as the go-to person for clinical staff needs

Qualifications:

3+ years of dental assisting experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, proactive, and accountable Passion for teamwork and creating a positive office culture
