Lead Dental Assistant with
GREAT BENEFITS
We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player who leads by example and enjoys helping others grow. This role will serve as the primary resource for the dental assistant team while providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor with patient care and procedures Support, mentor, and encourage clinical team members Manage inventory and supply ordering Ensure operatories are organized and stocked Serve as the go-to person for clinical staff needs
Qualifications:
3+ years of dental assisting experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, proactive, and accountable Passion for teamwork and creating a positive office culture
