Hard Skills (should have most): Ability to Take X-Rays Set up for Procedures Efficiently Clean Rooms Communicate with patients, their families, dentists, hygienists, receptionists, and insurance companies Assist the dentist chairside with Temporary Crowns & Impressions Intraoral Scanning Experience Experience with Dentrix software Knowledge of Dentistry terminology Experience with Microsoft Office, Fax (must have) Soft Skills (must have): Ability to to speak English Proficient Computer Skills Typing Speed (35+ WPM) Organization Excellent communication skills Attention to Detail Punctuality Interest in Dentistry Dependability Flexibility Compassion for
