A well-established dental practice in the Crown Point area is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join its growing team. This position will begin as part time and grow to full time as practice needs increase. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent clinical care, enjoys building genuine relationships with patients, and wants to become part of a team that values communication, teamwork, and professional growth. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care while creating a comfortable, positive patient experience Educate patients about their oral health and help them understand recommended care Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients Communicate openly and effectively with doctors and the rest of the team Participate in team huddles and collaborate on patient care Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and patient-centered care Contribute to a team culture where everyone takes ownership and supports one another What We're Looking For At least 1 year of dental hygiene experience Current dental hygiene credentials/licensure for IN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Someone who is confident interacting with patients and enjoys building relationships A team player who is dependable, accountable, and willing to contribute Someone who is committed to continued learning and professional growth

Schedule Monday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Tuesday:

9:00 AM-7:00

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM-7:00

PM Friday:

As needed This position will start part time and grow to full time as practice needs increase.
