Job Description Summary As our General Dentist, you'll be integral to our patient's oral health. You'll diagnose and treat issues with teeth, gums, and related parts of the mouth, performing a range of procedures from routine to complex restorative and cosmetic treatments. Your expertise will not only enhance patient smiles but also guide their overall health through education on diet choices, healthy habits, and oral care. Your role is pivotal in shaping the well-being and satisfaction of our patients Position Summary As an Oral Surgeon, you will work alongside our team of multi-specialty providers to diagnose and surgically treat diseases, injuries, and defects involving the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. This position involves performing a wide range of procedures including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders. Primary Responsibilities Perform surgical extractions of teeth, including impacted third molars (wisdom teeth) Place dental implants and perform pre-implant procedures such as bone grafting and sinus lifts Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial pathologies, infections, and traumatic injuries Administer local anesthesia and IV sedation in compliance with safety regulations Educate patients on risk factors and post-treatment care Interpret digital radiographs and 3D imaging (CBCT) for diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and patient documentation Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
