Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience and exceptional leadership skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and treating complex dental conditions, leading a team of dental professionals, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of dental conditions, including advanced restorative, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics.
Lead and mentor a team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care
Oversee treatment planning and case management, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence within the practice
Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, increasing practice efficiency, and driving growth
Qualifications:
Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license in good standing
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a General Dentist
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong clinical skills and proficiency in advanced dental procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Commitment to delivering superior patient care and fostering a positive patient experience
