Lifetime Family Dental is a renowned dental practice committed to providing top-tier oral healthcare services to our community. With a focus on patient satisfaction, innovation, and professional growth, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of our practice. Our practice is conveniently located inside of Silver Cross Hospital.
  • PPO/FFS office.
  • No late nights or weekends!
  • Must be able to work independently
  • If you know implantology (priority will be given!

Reimbursement:
35% of Collections
  • 50% lab fee.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience and exceptional leadership skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and treating complex dental conditions, leading a team of dental professionals, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of dental conditions, including advanced restorative, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care
  • Oversee treatment planning and case management, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
  • Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence within the practice
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, increasing practice efficiency, and driving growth
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license in good standing
  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a General Dentist
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in advanced dental procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering superior patient care and fostering a positive patient experience
