Lifetime Family Dental is a renowned dental practice committed to providing top-tier oral healthcare services to our community. Our practice is conveniently located inside of Silver Cross Hospital.

Wednesday:
9 am- 5 pm

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience and exceptional leadership skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and treating complex dental conditions, leading a team of dental professionals, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of dental conditions, including advanced restorative, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics.
- Lead and mentor a team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care
- Oversee treatment planning and case management, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
- Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence within the practice
- Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, increasing practice efficiency, and driving growth
Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a General Dentist
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in advanced dental procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering superior patient care and fostering a positive patient experience
