Our ideal candidate is committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences while educating families on lifelong oral health. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team dedicated to supporting your success. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures. Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws. Create a fun, welcoming, and anxiety-free experience for pediatric patients. Collaborate with management, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure exceptional patient care. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Certificate of completion from an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program. Current state dental license (or eligibility for licensure). DEA license (or ability to obtain). Nitrous Oxide Permit Current CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and families. Commitment to providing ethical, high-quality patient care. Preferred Qualifications Experience with behavior management techniques. Experience treating patients with special healthcare needs. IV sedation or hospital privileges are a plus (if applicable). Bilingual (Spanish) is a
