Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following: Diagnose, prevent, and treat orthodontic conditions for patients of all ages Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances Monitor treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment options and oral health Collaborate with general dentists and dental specialists to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest clinical standards
Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program Eligible for or current North Carolina dental license Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthodontics preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, ethical clinical care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Experience with Invisalign or clear aligner therapy is preferred but not required
