Position Highlights Part-Time Schedule:

Annual Compensation:
$180,000-$220,000 Flexible and highly rewarding opportunity Advanced periodontal and implant procedures Modern, patient-focused clinical environment Collaborative team of general dentists and dental specialists White-glove licensing and onboarding support New Hampshire dental licensing assistance — including help navigating and funding the process What You'll Do Diagnose and treat a wide range of periodontal conditions, including gum disease, bone loss, and soft-tissue and bone-regeneration needs. Perform advanced periodontal procedures, including dental implants, soft-tissue grafting, osseous surgery, and regenerative treatments . Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical and dental histories, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique clinical needs and goals. Partner closely with general dentists and specialists in orthodontics, prosthodontics and endodontics to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. Provide patients with clear education regarding periodontal health, treatment options, post-operative care, and long-term prevention. Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation and dental records in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations. Follow the highest standards of infection control, patient safety, and aseptic technique. Stay current with advances in periodontal treatment, dental technology, surgical techniques, and clinical best practices. What We're Looking For We're seeking a Periodontist who combines exceptional clinical expertise with compassion, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills.
Ideal candidates will have:
Proven experience practicing as a Periodontist in a dental practice or healthcare setting. Strong clinical experience with dental implants, periodontal surgery, soft-tissue procedures, and regenerative treatments . Comprehensive knowledge of periodontal diagnosis, treatment planning, and advanced surgical techniques. Experience utilizing diagnostic imaging and modern dental technology. Familiarity with electronic dental record systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with patients. A patient-first mindset and a commitment to providing an exceptional, personalized experience.
