Established, multi-specialty neighborhood practice with a growing patient foundation is looking for a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our team! For over 50 years Eastern Dental has been providing families with full-service dental care. From children to seniors, our skilled team of dentists and specialists provide the highest level of dental care to ensure healthy and happy smiles. With our personalized service, latest technology and a wide range of services we provide both general dental and specialty services to meet the needs of our patients. From braces to dentures, oral surgery to implants, and crowns to cosmetic dentistry. This position offers a $25,000 Sign on Bonus! Generous guaranteed base pay, plus Incentive Stable work environment that affords a true clinical career path that has been realized by many of our Doctors Company paid malpractice insurance Comprehensive benefit package 401K retirement plan Continuing education allowance Doctor must be proficient in the following for our established patient base: Comprehensive Exams Diagnosis Treatment Planning Additional Responsibilities include: Educate patients and parents of patients on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health Communicate with dental staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment Prescribe medications as necessary Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
Requirements:
DDS or DMD Required Current, Active NJ Dental License to practice dentistry CDS license DEA license Minimum 5 years' clinical experience at a dental practice Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Excellent communication skills Desire and ability to act as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice Friendly and professional demeanor
