$250,000-$350,000 annually About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Lead Dentist to join and provide clinical leadership within an established, growing multi-specialty dental practice in Flemington, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled General Dentist who enjoys comprehensive patient care while also serving as a mentor and clinical resource for other providers. The practice offers an established patient base, modern technology, specialty support, and a stable environment with opportunities for long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a collaborative dental team while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Compensation & Benefits $250,000-$350,000 annual compensation Guaranteed base compensation plus incentive opportunities Company-paid malpractice insurance Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) retirement plan Continuing education allowance Established patient base Long-term clinical career growth opportunities Clinical Responsibilities The Lead Dentist should be highly proficient in: Comprehensive dental examinations Diagnosis and treatment planning Providing high-quality general dentistry Developing comprehensive patient treatment plans Educating patients on treatment options and maintaining optimal oral health Prescribing medications when clinically appropriate Maintaining accurate documentation of diagnoses, medications, treatments, and consultations Leadership Responsibilities Serve as the clinical leader within a large multi-specialty practice Mentor and collaborate with other treating dentists Provide guidance on comprehensive and complex treatment plans Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative team members Help maintain consistent standards for quality and patient care Foster a collaborative, professional practice environment Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active New Jersey dental license Current CDS license Current DEA license Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience Strong comprehensive dentistry and treatment-planning skills Demonstrated ability or desire to serve in a clinical leadership capacity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient-focused, professional, and collaborative approach to carePay:
