Income stability while you ramp Guaranteed base for 12 weeks (minimum $650/day, higher based on experience) so you can focus on building relationships and clinical momentum—not stress. What You'll Be Doing Providing comprehensive general dentistry with a strong focus on endodontics and extractions Treating an established patient base that already trusts the practice Keeping more procedures in-house instead of referring out Collaborating with a team that communicates and supports one another What We're Looking For DDS or DMD with an active (or pending) New York license Strong proficiency in molar endodontics (non-negotiable) A genuine interest in patient relationships and long-term care Someone who values mentorship and continuous improvement

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
