Job Description
General Dentist (Endo-Focused) | Build, Grow, and Do the Work You Enjoy!
THIS ROLE IS TWO-THREE DAYS A WEEK
(days chosen are flexible) This is a team that believes great dentistry (and a great career) comes from doing things the right way: clinically sound, patient-first, and built for long-term success. If you enjoy endodontics, extractions, and keeping treatment in-house—and you want the support to actually do that well—this is worth your time. Why This Role Stands Out You focus on dentistry—not overhead No deductions for supplies or materials. No internal battles for what you need. Just practice the way you were trained. Full access to a complete formulary through Henry Schein, because doing molar endo without the right setup isn't fair to anyone. Mentorship that actually exists Work alongside experienced clinicians who are eager to collaborate, especially in endo and surgical procedures, not just fill chairs. Growth is expected (and supported) 8-12 CE credits annually, including in-house and external programs. CERP-certified and committed to keeping your skills sharp. Income stability while you ramp Guaranteed base for 12 weeks (minimum $650/day, higher based on experience) so you can focus on building relationships and clinical momentum—not stress. What You'll Be Doing Providing comprehensive general dentistry with a strong focus on endodontics and extractions Treating an established patient base that already trusts the practice Keeping more procedures in-house instead of referring out Collaborating with a team that communicates and supports one another What We're Looking For DDS or DMD with an active (or pending) New York license Strong proficiency in molar endodontics (non-negotiable) A genuine interest in patient relationships and long-term care Someone who values mentorship and continuous improvementPay:
