Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Rock Star Dentist to join our innovative dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical expertise, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dental services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing the latest technology and techniques in dentistry. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care across various specialties, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. A strong background in medical documentation, infection control, and HIPAA compliance is essential. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Deliver high-quality dental care including restorations, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics Utilize advanced dental imaging and medical imaging techniques to diagnose and plan treatments Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with a focus on comfort and care for young patients Execute oral surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices in oral surgery Engage in four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency and patient comfort Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-procedure care using clear dental terminology Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery and clinic operations Valid dental license with current licensure in good standing Proven experience in general dentistry with additional expertise in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery preferred Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control standards Experience with root canal therapy, dental fabrication, medical imaging techniques, and medical documentation practices Ability to perform dental extractions safely and efficiently Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards diverse patient populations including pediatrics Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment using four-handed dentistry techniques Join us as a Rock Star Dentist where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and technologically advanced setting.
