Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions using medical imaging and dental terminology, and develop effective treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document treatments, schedule appointments, and manage patient data efficiently Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness Adhere strictly to infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment Qualifications Valid state dental license with current certification to practice dentistry Proven experience in general dentistry within a clinical or dental office setting; experience with dental fabrication and implant placement is a plus Proficiency in dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for documentation and practice management Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis procedures Skilled in performing complex procedures including root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant placement Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain treatments clearly and compassionately Ability to work efficiently in four-handed dentistry environments while maintaining high standards of patient care Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to all privacy policies governing medical records Join our team where your expertise will be valued as we strive to provide exceptional dental care.
