Job Description

ASSOCIATE DENTIST
South Dakota |

Join a family-owned general dentistry practice since 1977, with a strong, established patient base of approximately 5,000 active patients.
Modern Technology:
Fully equipped with digital radiography including CBCT, two CEREC same-day crown units, and dedicated endodontic and implant equipment.
Full, Steady Schedule:
Practice open Monday through Friday, with the associate seeing patients Tuesday through Friday and strong day-one patient volume
Growing Practice:
Recently expanded through the acquisition of a nearby practice, reinforcing its role as a leading dental provider
Compensation & Benefits Production Model:
Tiered percentage of monthly collections: 32% on the first $60,000, 33% on $60,000 to $70,000, 34% on $70,000 to $80,000, and 35% above $80,000.
Retirement:
3% non-elective 401(k) contribution, plus profit share.
Malpractice Insurance:
Provided through the practice's liability policy.
Additional Perks:
Free dental care for immediate family, short and long-term disability through AFLAC, and up to $5,000 annually for continuing education, uniforms, and scrubs.
Qualifications Education:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensure:
Eligible for dental licensure in the state of South Dakota.
Experience:
Experienced general dentist strongly preferred, with comfort in bread-and-butter dentistry including fillings, crowns, and removable prosthodontics. New graduates will be considered.
