We are flexible with full-time or part-time schedules. We focus on comprehensive, high-quality dentistry with schedules designed to give our doctors the time to properly diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver excellent care. You will have clinical autonomy, your own patient schedule, and strong team support. We are looking for a dentist with excellent bedside manner who can build trust with patients while confidently diagnosing, treatment planning, and explaining the importance of recommended care. Our modern, fully digital practice provides the technology and support needed to deliver high-quality dentistry and continue growing clinically. What We're Looking For DDS/DMD; Texas licensed or license-eligible Comfortable with comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning Strong in restorative dentistry, crowns/bridges, and routine extractions Able to clearly explain treatment needs and options to patients Experience with endo, surgical extractions, implants, clear aligners, or other advanced procedures is a major plus, but not required New graduates with strong clinical skills and a desire to expand their scope are welcome If you're looking for clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your skills while providing comprehensive, high-quality dentistry, we'd love to hear from you.
