Financial Treatment Coordinator Prime Integrative Dentistry | Flower Mound, TXFull-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends Prime Integrative Dentistry is looking for a warm, confident, and highly personable Financial Treatment Coordinator who loves helping patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable moving forward with the care they need. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally good with people, comfortable discussing finances, and able to explain treatment plans in a way that is clear, compassionate, and easy to understand. You will play an important role in helping patients say "yes" to treatment by removing confusion, answering financial questions, reviewing insurance benefits, and helping patients find practical ways to make dentistry fit within their budget. What You'll Do Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review treatment costs, insurance estimates, and patient portions Discuss payment options and financing in a comfortable, non-pressure environment Help patients find creative and realistic ways to afford recommended dental treatment Explain third-party financing options and payment plans Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment Help increase treatment acceptance through education, trust, and strong follow-up Coordinate larger or phased treatment plans with doctors and clinical team members Maintain accurate financial notes, treatment estimates, and follow-up records Build genuine relationships with patients and make them feel cared for throughout their experience Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Warm, friendly, and naturally engaging Confident speaking with patients about money Comfortable presenting higher-value treatment plans Positive, upbeat, and fun to work with Professional but not overly formal Organized and excellent with follow-through Comfortable asking patients for financial commitment without being pushy A strong listener who can understand a patient's concerns and help find solutions Motivated by helping patients receive the treatment they need Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Previous dental treatment coordination, financial coordination, insurance, or dental front-office experience is strongly preferred.
