This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday - Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Grand Saline, Texas Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $32,691 to $47,003 annually with no cap on productivity income Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas state license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Eligible for independent practice and billing Completion of supervised experience hours as a psychotherapist required Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
