Job Description
Join the general practice team at Eagle Dental Group We are seeking a Dentist to work. Monday-Thursday 9:00AM- 5:00PM Medicaid, Cash and PPO payor mix Responsibilities and Duties Complete comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Performs dental services within designated hours of operations
- Assess treatment planning options and discuss with patient
- Carry out agreed clinical treatments
- Exam, diagnosis and treat patients consistent with professional standards and defined scope of service
- Documenting patients needs for every dental encounter utilizing the SOAP format, updating the patient health history and obtaining patient consent prior to delivering of care
- Educates the community, patients, and family in oral health related conditions and in the general promotion of oral health related disease prevention.
- Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of dentistry medicine (DDS/DMD)
- Experiences clinician preferred; resent grads encouraged to apply Must have
