We are looking for an Orthodontist who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care while creating an experience where patients and families truly feel known, comfortable, and cared for. As a privately owned practice, relationships matter to us. Our orthodontic practice is well established, averaging approximately eight new patient consultations each clinical day, along with a healthy observation program that allows us to build relationships with families long before orthodontic treatment may be needed. We are looking for a doctor who will care for these families as their own, work closely with our team, and help us continue to grow our orthodontic practice without losing the personal experience that makes our practice special. Primary Responsibilities Provide excellent orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive care. Lead new patient consultations with warmth, confidence, and clear communication. Oversee our observation program, helping families understand what we are watching, why we are watching it, and when the time is right for treatment. Build genuine relationships with patients and parents and help them feel confident in their care. Work closely with our dentists, treatment coordinator, and orthodontic team to provide a seamless patient experience. Provide positive clinical leadership and support a team culture built on communication, respect, accountability, and helping one another. Maintain high standards for clinical quality, documentation, safety, and patient care. Help our orthodontic practice continue to grow through excellent care, strong relationships, and the trust our families place in us. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree with completion of an accredited orthodontic residency. Current and unrestricted Texas dental license. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. A genuine ability to connect with children, teenagers, parents, and team members. Commitment to providing excellent care while being a positive part of our practice culture. Characteristics of the Ideal Orthodontist The ideal candidate is clinically confident while remaining approachable and collaborative. They enjoy working with children, teenagers, adults and families and recognize that successful orthodontic care involves more than straightening teeth—it requires building trust, communicating clearly, developing a strong team, and creating an experience families value. They should be comfortable managing a healthy volume of new patient consultations while taking the time necessary to educate families and make appropriate clinical recommendations. They should also value the importance of our observation program and understand that recommending "not yet" when treatment is not currently indicated is just as important as confidently recommending treatment when the timing is right.
