Average earning potential of $250,000-$400,000+ , including new graduates Daily minimum guarantees 30-35% of production , including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums Cash bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities Two weeks of paid vacation Comprehensive medical benefits, including family coverage Malpractice coverage Up to $3,000 annual continuing education allowance FamiliaU mentorship and advanced clinical training Dental license reimbursement 401(k) with employer match Sponsorship available for eligible H-1B, TN, and Green Card candidates What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other general dentistry procedures Present and explain treatment recommendations to patients and families Educate patients on treatment options and preventive oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation and dental records Provide direction and support to Dental Assistants and clinical team members Collaborate with the office team to create a positive patient experience Maintain compliance with applicable dental board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal and state requirements Your Career.
