Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave aligned with law Licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients at risk or requiring nutritional support Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans Recommend specialized nutrition support and document interventions accurately Collaborate with medical and dietary staff in a multidisciplinary team Monitor weight changes, wounds, and overall nutritional status Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in care conferences Support patient and family education on nutritional health
What You Need Required:
Valid RD licensure in Vermont or eligible for licensure Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical or long-term care settings Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
