What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients at risk or as needed Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition and hydration care plans Collaborate with medical staff and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Evaluate need for specialized nutrition support and make appropriate recommendations Document assessments and care plans accurately in electronic medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings Assist with nutrition education for patients and families, considering cultural and religious needs

What You Need:

Current registered Dietitian (RD) credential State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Michigan Experience in inpatient and long-term care settings preferred Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
