Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary therapy services across diverse clinical settings. In this leadership role, you will oversee rehab program operations, manage and mentor PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, outcomes tracking, and collaboration with facility leaders. You'll partner closely with recruiters to support clinician-first placement, drive performance, foster a culture of integrity and communication, and support professional growth while advancing rehab excellence nationwide. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of rehab programs across assigned facilities/settings Supervise, coach, and mentor PT, OT, SLP, and allied health clinicians Ensure high-quality, patient-centered, and evidence-based rehab care Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and resource allocation Maintain compliance with CMS, Medicare, state, and facility regulations Monitor and report clinical, quality, and financial performance metrics Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, and nursing teams Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of rehab clinicians Drive continuous quality improvement and best-practice initiatives Promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, and clinician-first support Required Skills Rehabilitation program management Clinical leadership and staff supervision Knowledge of CMS/Medicare and payer regulations Productivity and budget management Interdisciplinary team collaboration Outcomes measurement and quality improvement Rehab documentation and EMR proficiency Scheduling and resource planning Regulatory and survey readiness Strong communication and conflict resolution
