REHAB DIRECTOR

(PT/PTA/OTR/OTA) -

FULL-TIME Location:

Adrian, MO Lead a Therapy Team. Grow Your Career. Make a Difference. Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Adrian, Missouri. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a licensed PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, and providing exceptional patient care. Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team
Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver outstanding resident care
Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
Promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service
Build a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications
Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
