REHAB DIRECTOR
(PT/PTA/OTR/OTA) -FULL-TIME Location:
Adrian, MO Lead a Therapy Team. Grow Your Career. Make a Difference. Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Adrian, Missouri. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a licensed PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, and providing exceptional patient care. What You'll Do- Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team
- Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver outstanding resident care
- Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service
- Build a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
