Part-Time BCBA (W-2) - In-Home | California 3Y Health - 4.7 Alameda, CA Job Details Part-time $80 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Teamwork Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Care documentation Organizational skills Board Certified Behavior Analyst Working with children with disabilities Full Job Description Help families build meaningful skills through evidence-based, parent-led ABA services. 3Y Health is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children and their caregivers throughout California. This role focuses on assessments, caregiver coaching, and parent-led intervention in a collaborative, family-centered model. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide caregiver training and parent coaching to support skill development and behavior change. Deliver parent-led ABA services in the home. Monitor client progress and update treatment recommendations as needed. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with families and the broader care team to support positive outcomes. Qualifications Active BCBA certification. Eligible to work as a W-2 employee in California. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation for travel to client homes. What We Offer W-2 employment.
