This role focuses on assessments, caregiver coaching, and parent-led intervention in a collaborative, family-centered model. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide caregiver training and parent coaching to support skill development and behavior change. Deliver parent-led ABA services in the home. Monitor client progress and update treatment recommendations as needed. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with families and the broader care team to support positive outcomes. Qualifications Active BCBA certification. Eligible to work as a W-2 employee in California. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
