Base Salary:

$82,000 - $95,000 / year (commensurate with experience)

Your Role:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and standardized skills assessments to identify deficits and strengths. Develop, maintain, and update individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans at least once per month, ensuring they address areas of medical necessity. Analyze challenging behaviors to identify their function and develop functionally relevant interventions. Summarize and analyze data to make data-informed decisions and adjust protocols effectively. Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments. Oversee clinical ABA programs primarily via telehealth platforms. Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and protocol updates to mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians. Lead remote parent training and collaborate virtually with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct infrequent, high-value in-person assessments or field visits as clinically necessary within your local hub.

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Based in or near the San Fernando Valley, Orange County, or Inland Empire , CA. High-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant home office space. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional local visits). An empathetic, compassionate, and solution-focused individual with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Experience with a variety of service delivery models ( in-home, in-school ). Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus. Experience supervising BTs or Mid-Level Supervisors is preferred.
