In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, with a focus on supporting communication skills, including American Sign Language (ASL). Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols and skill acquisition programs in accordance with treatment plans. Utilize ASL to facilitate communication development for clients with hearing impairments or communication challenges. Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Support clients during therapy sessions by applying behavior intervention techniques and managing behavioral disorders support plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and progress updates. Skills Proficient in ASL Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavior intervention strategies, and skill acquisition programs in ABA. Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data for progress tracking. Ability to perform patient care tasks via implementation of behavioral health interventions. Experience working with children in the home and community settings. Excellent client communication skills to engage clients effectively and collaborate with families and team members.
Pay:
