Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
• Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with various mental health issues Experience
• Previous experience in child and family counseling is required
• Familiarity with medical terminology and social work practices is beneficial
• Proficiency in coding for medical billing purposes is advantageous
• Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred
