Job Description

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Therapist for our Eating Disorders and Developmental Disabilities Program. In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities for adolescents and adults. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and safety plans, and clinical documentation within standards. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, dietitians, and direct care staff to coordinate care. You will participate in case conferences, family programming, and discharge planning while receiving supervision, training, and support in a compassionate, recovery-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with eating disorders and developmental disabilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and risk evaluations Develop and update individualized treatment and safety plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care Engage families in education, therapy, and discharge planning Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and utilization reviews Contribute to a trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and inclusive milieu Receive and incorporate clinical supervision and training into practice Support quality, compliance, and ethical standards of care Required Skills Individual psychotherapy Family therapy Group therapy facilitation Biopsychosocial assessment Treatment planning and safety planning Clinical documentation and EMR use Risk assessment and crisis intervention Eating disorder-specific interventions Interdisciplinary team collaboration Trauma-informed and culturally competent care
