Based in Westborough, the therapist will provide assessment and psychotherapy services for adults and geriatric adults, many of whom present with complex medical, neurological, and sleep-related conditions. Common referral concerns include insomnia, CPAP adjustment, pain, adjustment to chronic illness, and health-related behavioral concerns. The clinician should be comfortable working in a medically integrated setting, skilled in evidence-based interventions such as CBT-I and health-focused psychotherapies, and able to tailor treatment to cognitive, medical, and functional limitations. The role involves close collaboration with neurologists, neuropsychologists, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to support patient functioning, adherence, and overall quality of life. Compensation is offered as a fee split, with compensation being affected by degree. Benefits are offered for full-time clinicians.
