2988842715-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy, diagnostic assessments, and collaborative treatment planning for diverse adults and adolescents. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and document care in our EHR while coordinating with psychiatrists and other providers. Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans Document sessions and treatment progress in the EHR accurately and timely Perform risk assessments and manage crises following clinic protocols Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians on coordinated care Engage in regular clinical supervision and case consultation Communicate with families and community resources as appropriate Maintain ethical and legal standards of clinical practice and confidentiality Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities Required Skills Individual psychotherapy Group therapy facilitation Clinical assessment & diagnosis (DSM-5) Treatment planning Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Risk assessment & crisis intervention Evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.) Interdisciplinary collaboration Case management & care coordination Clinical documentation & compliance
