Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans Document sessions and treatment progress in the EHR accurately and timely Perform risk assessments and manage crises following clinic protocols Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians on coordinated care Engage in regular clinical supervision and case consultation Communicate with families and community resources as appropriate Maintain ethical and legal standards of clinical practice and confidentiality Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities Required Skills Individual psychotherapy Group therapy facilitation Clinical assessment & diagnosis (DSM-5) Treatment planning Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Risk assessment & crisis intervention Evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.) Interdisciplinary collaboration Case management & care coordination Clinical documentation & compliance
