- Maryland We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland.
This is a hybrid position , combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed What We Offer Part-time/Full-time hybrid opportunity Competitive compensation W2 or 1099 opportunities available Flexible scheduling No non-compete agreements Caseload flexibility based on availability and clinical needs Dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing clinical and professional support LBA Expansion Program with reimbursement and support for obtaining additional state licensure Access to an extensive CEU library and company-sponsored CEU events Leadership development opportunities Internal promotion pathways, with more than 20 BCBAs promoted into leadership positions Ongoing mentorship and collaboration with experienced clinical leaders Opportunities to expand hours and responsibilities as additional cases become available At BK Behavior , we are committed to creating flexible opportunities that allow clinicians to provide high-quality care while maintaining a schedule that works for them.
