Licensed Therapist
We're looking for dependable, compassionate, culturally responsive clinicians who are committed to high-quality behavioral health services. Depending on your education, experience, credentials, and scope of practice, you may provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy. Services are delivered through a mix of in-office, community-based, and home-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy based on your qualifications and client needs.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-informed, clinically appropriate interventions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
- Build therapeutic relationships and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- Complete progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable federal and Maryland laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards of practice.
- Work with clients, families, schools, healthcare providers, and the treatment team when appropriate and authorized.
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, case discussions, and team meetings as applicable.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and colleagues.
- Provide services in office, community, and/or home settings when assigned.
ScheduleWe are especially interested in candidates with availability for Evenings, Weekends, Wednesdays in-office and Community/home-based appointments. Flexible scheduling options may be available.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Current Maryland license or credential: LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, or LCMFT.
- Graduate degree in the applicable mental health discipline, consistent with your credential.
- Ability to practice within the scope of your Maryland credential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain required clinical documentation and comply with professional, ethical, and confidentiality requirements.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations (for community/home-based positions).
