Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and/or psychological evaluations, for individuals with IDD, as appropriate to licensure/certification. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans in collaboration with the care team, Qualified Professionals (QPs), and direct support staff. Provide clinical consultation to direct care staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies, de-escalation techniques, and reinforcement approaches. Participate in person-centered planning meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings. Document all services in accordance with Innovations Waiver, 1915(i), and payer-specific requirements, including timely and compliant clinical notes, assessments, and plan updates. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment/behavior plans as needed based on data collected by support staff. Provide training to staff and family members on plan implementation, crisis prevention, and behavioral interventions. Communicate and coordinate with Care Coordinators, LME/MCOs, physicians, and other members of the individual's support network. Ensure services meet all applicable state, federal, and payer regulations, as well as Vintage Solutions' internal quality and compliance standards. Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation to support billing and utilization review. Respond to crisis situations as needed and provide guidance for behavioral emergencies within scope of practice. Must have one of the following: Psychologist Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in Psychology from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted NC license (Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate). Licensed Clinician Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field. Current, unrestricted NC clinical license, such as LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or the associate-level equivalent (e.g., LCMHCA, LCSWA) with appropriate supervision in place. BCBA Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current license through the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB). Current certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including co-occurring behavioral and mental health needs. Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver, 1915(i) State Plan services, and associated documentation/billing requirements preferred. Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing behavior support plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to train non-clinical staff on behavioral strategies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based visits, if applicable. Ability to pass required background checks (criminal background, healthcare registry, etc.) per state and agency requirements. Preferred Qualifications Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in community and in-home settings. Ability to build rapport with individuals with IDD, their families, and support staff. Strong organizational skills to manage caseload, documentation deadlines, and billing compliance. Understanding of person-centered planning philosophy and self-determination principles. Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Prior experience providing SCS or similar consultation services within an IDD service agency. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) principles and trauma-informed care approaches. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems.
