The Outpatient Therapist works collaboratively with clients, families, community partners, and interdisciplinary professionals to support positive outcomes and promote long-term wellness. Essential Responsibilities Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and participate in treatment planning Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including: progress notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, discharge summaries and intake assessments Monitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community egencies as appropriate Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions Maintain compliance with all agency, state, and professional standards Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Pennsylvania license or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to providing culturally responsive and client-centered care
Required Clearances:
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check (Act 34)
FBI Criminal Background Check Professional Liability Insurance Schedule & Compensation Part-Time Contract Position Expected Hours:
5-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling available Competitive per-session compensation based on experience and credentials
