Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Behavioral Health Lead to oversee and coordinate comprehensive mental health and behavioral care services within our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while advancing your leadership skills in behavioral health. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the BH department.
Manage employee schedules.
Support the work of the BH Medical Assistant and BH Medical Receptionist and fill in for both as needed.
Collaborate closely with BH Directors. Requirements
Kindness, empathy and professionalism working with BH patients
Knowledge of clinic procedures and electronic health record
Confidence with fast-paced phone systems and scheduling
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Prior management experience.
