Manager Details:

Essential Job Duties:

Collaborates with the medical staff to establish service levels, appropriate procedures and patient care standards Assumes or assigns the duties of the control desk coordinator as needed Maintains and monitors recommended staffing for the areas to assure they support and coincide with service requirements Consults with Surgical Services System Director regarding staff development and needs to maintain quality patient care Demonstrates professional conduct, a positive attitude, and leadership behaviors Promotes positive interpersonal relations and ethical behavior to staff

Requirements:
