Job Description
Valley Professionals Community Health Center is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for our North Terre Haute and South Terre Haute locations Valley Professionals is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in several locations throughout west-central Indiana. : Base salary of $53,500- 72,215
LCSW/LMHC :
Base salary of $61,838- 83,470 Health, dental, and vision insurance with Health and Flexible Savings Account options Employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Generous paid time off 8 paid holidays 403b Retirement plan with 6% match after 1 year of employment Tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per year Qualified for National Health Service Corps Student Loan Repayment Site and Public Student Loan Forgiveness Continuing Medical Education is encouraged through monetary and CME time allowances (in addition to the PTO) Job duties: This position would be responsible for providing professional behavioral healthcare to VPCHC patients and maintaining the related patient documentation.

Current IndianaLSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHCA, LCAC
