Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will motivate a team to provide high-quality outpatient services to adults in individual and groups, focusing on their mental health and substance use. The Lead Clinician will provide support in day-to-day functioning of the clinical team and care for patients. Duties Supervision of clinical staff and interns, including documentation care and review. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide case management services to coordinate care and resources for clients. Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Engage in clinical research to stay updated on best practices and innovative treatment approaches. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure as a clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) is preferred but not required. Experience in residential, inpatient, or other intensive settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in case management and clinical counseling. Proficiency in conducting individual group counseling sessions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Pay:
$71,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
