PM Pay:
$19.00-$21.00/hour DOE Potential to grow into a full-time position The Phoenix Recovery Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Client Support Coordinator to join our behavioral health team. This position works directly with adults receiving mental health and substance use treatment and is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting clients, building connections, and creating positive recovery experiences. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and encouragement to clients throughout treatment. Help clients connect with recovery resources and community supports. Assist with client needs and communicate concerns to the treatment team. Facilitate or assist with supportive and psychoeducational groups as appropriate. Plan and facilitate Friday experiential activities for PHP/Day Treatment clients. Create engaging activities focused on connection, wellness, healthy coping skills, and recovery. Transport clients to appointments, activities, and other approved locations using company vehicles. Maintain professional boundaries and a positive, supportive environment. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the treatment team. Qualifications Behavioral health, substance use treatment, peer support, or related experience preferred. Peer Support Specialist certification preferred but not required. Compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance required. Must be able to pass a Utah DHHS background screening. Familiarity with community and recovery resources is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:30
PM Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Employment:
